We stand behind RITHM 100%. If you're not satisfied with your first order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right — with a full refund or a replacement, your choice. No return required.
Eligibility
- Applies to first-time orders only
- Must contact us within 30 days of the delivery date
- One claim per household
- Damaged or defective products: contact us with a photo and we'll replace your order at no charge
What's Not Covered
- Subscription orders after the second shipment
- Bulk or multi-box orders beyond the first box
- Damage claims submitted without a photo
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
Email us at support@rithmperformance.com with your order number, your reason for the request, and a photo if applicable. We typically respond within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Shipping Issues
If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or is significantly delayed, reach out and we'll resolve it promptly — either by reshipping your order or issuing a full refund.
Subscription Orders
You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal or by contacting us before your next scheduled shipment date. We do not offer refunds on subscription orders that have already shipped and been received in good condition after the first order.
